Nissi graduated from the University of Warwick in the UK, with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng), and a Distinction Post-graduate Accreditation in sustainable design and Innovation technology from reputable universities, Loughborough & Warwick. Nissi is a staunch advocate for social-economic development, technology, strategic innovation and product manufacturing and its impact in developing countries, most especially Africa.

Her professional ambitions, work ethic and entrepreneurial wit steered her in delivering 3 successful vehicle projects for Jaguar Land Rover for its global markets from the UK and Austria as one of the youngest project leads in the company.

Her experience and passion led her to join forces with Rui in the creation of KEMET Automotive to pioneer a new, innovative and sustainable mobility industry in Africa.

She shows her strong determination to influence the system’s advancement by being a female spokesperson and youth panellist in various African arts, technology and leadership societies.
